AnalytX began creating software solutions for the alternative asset community in 1993.  The AnalytX team has collective experience of over 100 years in private equity and venture capital.  With over 200 installed client sites, our product offerings reflect this peerless experience base.  The ObjectiveAssets (OA) framework is a case in point, reflecting state of the art software engineering in combination with peerless experience in operations and practices across alternative assets.

Often times, on software engagements, time is already of the essence well before the engagement starts.  Managers are not inclined to believe that the planning process is relevant at this point given delivery pressures.  However - planning is essential - through planning, brainstorming and fleshing out ideas as part of kickoff meetings, engagement risk is substantially mitigated.  A good project plan should anticipate about 80% of the project.  The other 20% will be discovered during the course of the engagement.  Our service team has been through this process enough times to partner with your team to build mutual success.

On Servicing Large Clients

AnalytX certainly has 'mega-sized' clients on its roster.  Some of these relationships have been present for the better part of a decade.  However - the issues of size often comes up when we speak with large firms.  The answer to this question is multi-tier.

We believe that we are an ideal size for our core mission - to deliver innovation to the alternative assets industry.  This philosophy combined with a personalized service team that takes great pride in taking care of our clients are essential elements to our core strategy.  As points of comparison, we definitely see disadvantages to firms where the staff size is large, but innovation has flown from the proverbial coup.  We also see disadvantages to firms that are focused purely on rapid growth and not in the game for the longer haul.

We are confident that we have the absolute best technology and that our customer service team offers the best, personalized service. We have strategically placed front and back offices that cover a great part of the globe.  A successful implementation project - even with the best technology (ours) takes planning, structure and courage.  Though there are similar elements to navigating down the river, the flow of the water is never the same.  Success requires experience - something that we have in abundance - with many members of our service team, with the company, for over ten years.
