For some time now, AnalytX has been pursuing best practices for balancing front and back office client support. Over the past several years, Vero Beach, Florida has proven to be an excellent location for the US based back office. Areas such as web products support, helpdesk, IT integration, and implementation tie-out are now being managed out of the Vero Beach office. In essence, this structure frees up relationship managers based out of San Francisco, New York, and Boston and allows them to focus on client management and facilitation, while the bulk of the work gets performed by the back office team. Back office Support for Europe, the Middle East and Asia, managed by our London front office team, continues to be supported out of Central Europe.
To support ongoing growth, the Vero Beach team moved to a larger office space this summer. Also, in order to improve our level of internal collaboration and service to clients, we have made substantial improvements in our IT infrastructure by implementing a T4 Internet connection with backup power supply, that is directly connected via underground cables to a power grid. For disaster recovery, we have redundancy setup with a second T4 Internet connection and mirrored critical servers out of Virginia. This Internet connectivity and data-center consisting of over 40 servers operates as the technology back-bone for AnalytX worldwide operations.
