As a software product firm at our core, we are passionate about delivering object-oriented solutions to the alternative assets community. At the same time, we have a conservative business strategy in regards to hiring and staffing - it takes time to grow good people. We operate as a privately held company with no outside investors and zero debt on our balance sheet. In essence - we operate independently - and we pay for operations 100% out of revenues. This gives us a tremendous amount of creative freedom in product development.
We believe in personalized, responsive service. It is all too common for an established firm to become bureaucratic and hence the level of service and/or innovation diminishes. Our core mission of centralized technology development, back-office service support and front office personnel in strategic locations, services the alternative assets industry in a peerless fashion. Central product development ensures coordinated technology efforts with consistent innovation and quality. Local office support means that there is an 'on the ground' team to support our clients in private equity hubs on a global basis.
